Wellbeing and positive mental health is something we all want for both ourselves and our loved ones.

Deaf people are twice as likely to experience mental health issues such as depression and anxiety compared to hearing people.  What makes this situation worse is that Deaf people find it harder to access support. When they go to the doctors, they can experience communication barriers which may only make their symptoms worse.

Remember, good mental health and feelings of wellbeing are as important as good physical health.
