Sam Widnall is one of our ex-pupils who built himself a career as a chef in The 5-Star Pale Hall Hotel in Wales. He also appeared in Channel 4's Bake Off: The Professionals. Series 2. Now he works at Niche Patisseries in Oswestry. www. nichepatisserie.com. with Adam.
